Margarita hast just started second grade. She loves to paint, to run and to play soccer, and she does all that with joy and enthusiasm.
Some kids think she cannot play soccer, because she’s not tall enough. Or that she doesn’t run as fast as the other kids.
Is it, really, that Margarita isn’t good enough for some things? What does “being enough” mean?
In this story for young children (and maybe not so much), Margarita thinks, along with her mom, and they arrive to a conclusion: to be “enough” it suffices to be oneself, unique and unrepeatable.
Carolina Roisinblit is a singer, voice teacher, teacher trainer, writer and composer.
She’s overseen the vocal coaching of several musical theatre play’s casts. She writes poetry and stories. She’s the author of numerous books on singing, children's (and not so much) stories, and she founded and was part of Rouge a Tempo, a dixieland and boogie female vocal trio.
